How to enjoy it

Soak basil or chia seeds for sharbat, falooda and puddings. Sprinkle sesame and pumpkin seeds over salads, add a spoon of ground flax to porridge, and cook sago into kheer.

Good to know

Which seeds need soaking?
Basil and chia seeds swell into soft, jelly-like pearls after 10 to 15 minutes in water. Sago needs cooking in milk or water until the pearls turn clear. The rest can be used straight from the pack.

How long will they keep?
8 to 12 months once opened, sealed, in a cool, dry place.

Are these full-size packs?
Yes. Every item is a regular pack, the same as you'd buy on its own.
