How to enjoy it

Brew a cup of Tumuro (1 teaspoon in hot water, covered for 5 minutes, then strained), let it cool a little and stir in a spoonful of Sidr. Have a handful of walnuts on the side.

Does the tea contain caffeine?
No. Tumuro is a herb, so it's naturally caffeine-free and a good choice for the evening.

How long will it keep?
The Sidr honey keeps 1 to 2 years once opened. The walnuts and tea keep 8 to 12 months, closed tightly, in a cool, dry place.

Can I give it to my baby?
No. Honey of any kind shouldn't be given to babies under 12 months old.
