Should I soak the apricots?
You can. Soak a few overnight for a softer, juicier bite, or eat them straight from the pack.

How long will it keep?
8 to 12 months once opened, sealed or with the lid on, in a cool, dry place.

Can I give it to my baby?
No. Honey of any kind shouldn't be given to babies under 12 months old.
